I do want to add that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It was a long road for me. And I remember reading something a while back, it was a book. And in that book this person was experiencing a lot of hopelessness and he kept telling himself two words: ‘Hold on.’ So that’s what helped me (sighs) was holding on. And that ‘this too shall pass’ and it did, took a long time for me, and luckily for most women who are going through it it takes them weeks or months, it doesn’t take hopefully as long as it did for me
But there is light at the end of the tunnel and I, I think also the more people talk about what the symptoms are like, what the experience is really like, for everyday people. Whether it’s single mums to dads who are going through it talking about it from what it’s like having to support someone through this, to other family members
