Pablo discusses how postpartum depression is different because the parent must try to care for himself while also constantly caring for a new infant.
In my own words and my own experience I would sum it up as a depression state which gets worsened by a constant flow of negative inputs. So well maybe it’s not that different from any other depression as such, depression. The thing is that you have the constant environment of a little baby that is not like your boss that once you’re out of work steps out of the problem or you have it twenty-four seven with you, so the problem never goes away. So it will be like an exacerbated state of depression caused by a factor that doesn’t go away.
