We offer ongoing weekly support groups that meet in-person and online. Our support groups are led by trained group facilitators and are a safe place for new parents with a baby under the age of 18 months to connect while sharing and receiving information and emotional support.
Groups meet at a variety of different days and times, and we have free childcare available for our in-person daytime groups.
Many of our groups are for new parents living in the same city or region. We also have a number of province-wide groups, including a Queer and Trans group for 2SLGBTQIA+ parents, and an Indigenous Parents Support Circle that meets monthly.
If you are interested in joining one of our support groups, please give us a call at 604-255-7999 or 1-855-255-7999 to find out if you are eligible, and for more information regarding our group schedule and availability.
