The information provided in Farsi can be used for who has mental health problems or who lives with person with mental health issues.

Beyond Blue

Beyond blue has partnered with Mental Health in Multicultural Australia to reduce the impact of depression and anxiety among refugees and immigrants.
If you or person who lives with you has symptoms of mental health issues, the Farsi materials has valuable information about the risk factors of anxiety, depression and how they can be treated. It also has an evaluation questionnaire in Farsi to help you determine the level of anxiety.

Provides support and advocacy to immigrants, refugee women and their families. Free and confidential support and counselling available in different languages including Farsi.

Spectrum Society

Spectrum Mothers Society is a non-profit agency in North Vancouver that is committed to provide support for women who are caring for children in difficult and challenging situations.
If you have children up to age 5 and you need support, you may ask your nurse to refer you to receive help in Farsi.
